A smallish advanced economy that exports beer... probably Czech Republic? I would be suprised if it was outside Europe.

Also - human blood prepared for therapeutic uses?

I'm actually going to guess that it's your country-- Ireland, that is-- if only because there are a few pharmaceutical and medical device companies with their local headquarters in my town and I know that they have a considerable presence in Ireland (which I learnt, interestingly enough, when I was soliciting local companies for donations to my Eagle Scout project).

I wish I had seen the first one-- I could have guessed that off the bat.

EDIT: Looks like I've already been beat to it...

Looks like Brazil. Major oil producer with citrus, mining and an aerospace industry, plus the unusual "waters flavored or sweetened" which is probably coconut water.

Somewhere that grows wine and oranges, so presumably somewhere between the tropics and the temperate areas . Also somewhere that has oil, and textiles (women's suits is an interesting part of this). I'm going to go with... Cyprus.

Temperate, mountainous, wine-producing. Part of me wants to say North Korea but their winters are probably too harsh for citrus. I'm thinking eastern mediterreanean/caucusus/black sea.

The lack of 'rugs' and strength of the wine industry rules out Turkey, but Cyprus isn't a bad guess. Azerbaijan would be a bigger % of oil, Armenia would need to include Apricots, Georgia would probably have a bigger percentage as a wine industry, Iran would be a bit more diverse... maybe Bulgaria?

Nah, you'd see cocoa if it was. I have no clue.

Argentina?

Although Argentina has been a net beef-importer at some point in the recent past, I would still expect beef to be a relevant part of Argentina's exports.

Wine-growing basically leaves four regions:
Chile: maybe?
South Africa: plausible
Australia: no aluminium and bauxit, therefore no
Wider Mediterranean and Middle East: there are few countries, that at the same time have oil and are not observant Muslims. As already mentioned, Cyprus comes to mind. Azerbaijan? Russia??

Guess what? I'm going with Turkmenistan...

oil too high and wine too low for Chile and SA, I'm plumping for Angola completely arbitrarily

Angola is also one of those 98% oil countries. Tip: if a country is known for exporting oil, all it exports is oil.

I was going to guess Turkmenistan for the last one but the correct answer was posted before my response.

For this new one... lots of clothes and crops means Central America. First instinct is Guatemala.

Yeah, my first instinct was Honduras which I do know has a large textile industry; but I'm having second thoughts. How can you have an economy so undiversified from textiles? Doesn't seem sustainable.

My first thought with all the textiles was Bangladesh but I don't think that's really a cocoa producer.  Crab's guess of Honduras seems about as good as I can come up with.
