(technically I used a TI-81 and they use a TI-83, but it's the same damn thing)

yes we used these at school as well (i had a ti-83 through middle school, a ti-84 the first two years of high school, and a ti-89 in ap calc). used to make spirograph-type things with the polar graphing functions
