To keep it quick:

I admit it is disappointing the blown opportunity to have a more diverse quorum, especially with so many Members of the 70 from other parts of the globe, but I hope at least one of these choices will become instrumental in moving that direction.

I'm not enchanted by Rasband for now, but the other two seem alright.
