Moderate anti-war and anti-corruption voter who worked as an air traffic controller. Nixon in 68 over Vietnam and McGovern in 72 for the same reason. Carter in 76 over Watergate. Voted for Reagan in 80 but then grew disgusted with him after he was fired so voted for Dukukis and Mondale. Voted for Clinton in 92 but grew dismayed over the Whitewater scandal among other things so cast a protest vote for Dole who he liked and reminded him of his WWII vet father. Naively thought that Bush in 2000 was going to be less interventionist so voted for him over Gore but would later come to oppose him vehemently, voting for Kerry and Obama. Now working as an independent contractor he grew disgusted with Obamacare and also bought into the hype over the "you didn't build it" comments. He disliked Romney as well but held his nose and voted for him. In 2016 this voter supports Bernie Sanders.
