She's dropping in RCP and media coverage of her has been universally negative for nearly two weeks.

I think Carly is just a game day candidate.  She can prepare her heart out for the debates.  But she doesn't know how to play the long game, she doesn't have a real strategy, and she's not particularly good off the cuff so she can't stir up free momentum from interviews the way Trump can.

She's a fabulist with a completely negative record, a businesswoman who is universally loathed by her former employees, and she wanted to start WWIII in order to protect terrorists. Republican voters may be poorly informed, and support causes I dislike, but they're not complete idiots.

Nothing happened. She was never a serious candidate. The establishment believed for a time that she could be a useful pawn, she wasn't, they dropped her.
