This song is truly one I am embarrassed to actually like. To th point I requested it at a wedding reception after learning the DJ unsurprisingly didn't have any songs by the band on my shirt. After many drinks though.

This song is going to be The Safety Dance of this decade though I bet. As in it'll probably still get plenty of radio airplay 30 years from now, but no one will remember anything else from Walk The Moon, including possibly even their name.

One of the best songs of the year.

It's a slippery slope.  It's the gateway drug.  I too, used to be a hater of pop music, now it's most of what I listen to.

Walk The Moon is a great band. I've seen them live - it will be sad if they become a one hit wonder.

Might actually end up in my top 100 songs of 2015. August and September had a serious slowdown in good releases.

I'd rather call it the Puttin' on the Ritz (80s edition) of 2015. Tongue

Top 100?  I've seen a lot of top 10s and some top 20s but you are truly going above and beyond if you're doing 100.

Well, my list extends down to 300 or 500 generally, but I don't focus on specific ranks after 25, it's sort of just ranges.

Ahh, such a shame - I only discovered it in July, so I never officially put it on the list.

It was more popular in 2015 though.  That's how online best ten/worst ten usually work.

How many songs do you hear each year?  I could probably only name about 100 songs from last year.

Hold on a minute, if Shua's the first person that you've heard that never likes it, then why....?

Because the only music I like usually is "indie post-punk emotional melodic scenecore".

I like it except when it's associated with John Kasich.
