What do you think the timeline for the decision will be?

For example, over the weekend will someone confirm that he's decided and will make an announcement the following week, etc?

Because of filing deadlines, this really isn't an option. He'd be excluded from NV, SC, all super Tuesday states except ME and NC, most of the contests held later in March, and even some April/May states.

Officially release a video announcement on YouTube a minute before the debate starts - announce the announcement an hour or two ahead so the others don't get prepared.
