Yeah, I'm cool either way. If we pass it I'd be happy to bring it up again right away and discuss changes. Or, kick it into next week. Depends on how substantive or deep the changes are, I'd think. A lot of changes and we probably should push it back; a few changes and I'd think we could pass it as is and just bring it back up and amend it.

Of course, budgetary stuff is not my thing. I'm not sure if it's as simple as just bringing it back up.

Found this in the Constitution:

Basically, we (constitutionally) have to pass a budget from Pikachu - and then introduce a new budget for Blair's term as Governor.

Yeah, sorry about the late budget...

It seems like you can just pass this one now, and then Blair can propose another one almost immediately after for his term.

Okay, we can pass this and Blair can hit the ground running with his. Works for me!

I'm not sure if I'm still governor, but I urge the Speaker to bring this to a vote.

Alright, it appears that the budget has passed, but with Blair's term starting now, it doesn't really matter except as a formality.

It's just a formality now. Although, I'm not sure who signs it - we should probably give it to Pikachu to sign, as it was for his term.
