First: Oklahoma is still going strong, though with a decisive lead for the capital.

First thing of note is how consistently Oregon gets high marks here,...but how much of that is from Portland alone? One way to find out.

Pennsylvania: Philadelphia (43.75%)
Ohio: Columbus (50%)
Indiana: Indianapolis (68.8%)
