Yeah. Assuming that her testimony on the 22nd goes well, Biden probably doesn't bother running. So, assuming she keeps debating like she did tonight, the nomination is hers. She'll lose at least VT to Sanders and perhaps a few other states (IA, NH, CO, MN, MA, ME are all very possible) but she'll be the nominee.
