If Rubio is on the '16 ticket and loses, does he have a political future? Could he realistically run for President again and have a chance?

Rubio's not running for reelection as a senator, so it depends on what he does after his defeat. Maybe he could run for Governor of Florida in the future.

If he's the presidential nominee, no.  If he's the vice presidential nominee, maybe.

Yes. He and Kasich are good Vice Presidential material, as one can run for Governor in 2018 and the other for Senate.

He would be a much better Governor than a Senator, IMO.
