Well as things unfolded, because Dubya did not understand the Sunni versus Shia thing, his decisions led to ISIS. So we are not particularly safe at the moment, and have a mass refugee problem, which might lead over time to more problems.

Well Dubya didn't understand how to eat a pretzel either, Don't know why anyone expected him to grasp middle eastern geopolitics.
