Definitely an attack on Hillary. I highly doubt that Biden is endorsing Sanders, so is he running now or what?

Nah, he's just biding his time. I still think it's a 50-50 chance now.

Given the GOP's conduct the last 8 years, and the fact that the majority of their candidates are openly evil assholes (Huckabee wants to re-institute slavery for crying out loud), yes, they are the enemy. Not just of the Democrats, or the public, but of everything American and post-Enlightenment Western Civilization stands for  I didn't like Biden as a candidate to begin with, but I will NEVER under any circumstances whatsoever vote for him now.

I'm far left, but swing states can swing on whether people like me hold our noses and vote D, or say "screw this" and either stay home or vote 3rd party. And I'll let Trump or Huckabee the Slaver win CO before I'll vote for Biden after this line.

Really stupid thing of him to say. Biden's "pre-campaign" has been stunningly incompetent so far.

Maybe he's trying to lull the Democrats into a false sense of security before sh**tting all over them.

LOL, it's getting worse.

http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/trackers/2015-10-20/biden-says-predecessor-cheney-is-a-decent-man-

“I actually like Dick Cheney for real,” Vice President Joe Biden says at moderated discussion with former Vice President Walter Mondale at George Washington University.

I'm sure this will stop the bleeding of his polling numbers.
