Will we see the revival of Orange Crush, Trudeaumania 2.0, or will Harper rise again?

We'll see soon!

EDIT: I'll just merge my results thread here.

The poll closing times are really nonsensical. If the west is earlier in local time to minimize the absolute time between regions, why wouldn't the Atlantic be latest in local time?

Judging by the polls I'd say Liberals will gain probably all the seats in Newfoundland and Labrador.

CBC is low-energy coverage. Low marks so far.

Classic, I presume you want a non-joke party so I presume the Tories.

Judging by the 2011 results, St. John's East is one of the absolute safest NDP seats in the country. (It's more of a Jack Harris riding than an NDP riding, but so long as he's running it is absolutely safe).

Newfoundland and the rest of Atlantic Canada often have waves start there, but also end there. The Conservatives reformed EI regulations and they have dropped like a rock in Atlantic Canada since. In 1997 for example, the PC's and NDP won Atlantic Canada, and people might have thought the Liberals were in trouble early on.However, Chretien and the Liberals won a majority government in 1997.

Yeah probably, although they're a fringe party if you have a problem with that.

If I could pick any party, the Canadian Libertarian party would be my best fit, but realistically I would be considered a swing Liberal-Conservative voter.

Ok I'm not very familiar with Canadian elections so I would probably be Tory.

And they are wracking up rural Aberta/Manhattan type numbers.

71.2% Liberal in the Newfoundland seats reporting so far. Is that normal?

Well, the Liberals were always expected to sweep, but that is a very large figure.  This is of course only a small sample of the vote so far.

The 2 NDP seats are not in yet. 71% is roughly in line with the 5 rural seats in my model.

Yes, the NDP seats will immediately begin to decrease the overall total, but there's a lot of talk at the moment of those seats being in danger for the NDP.

Exactly. 70%+ is a lot, but the Liberals put up 55-60% in rural Newfoundland on much shoddier overall numbers.
