Excluding advance and special ballots (e-day only), here's the Tory Top 10:

51.9% - Lanark
50.9% - Huron
49.3% - Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry
48.4% - Elgin
47.3% - Leeds and Grenville
45.8% - Dufferin
45.6% - Grey
45.5% - Oxford
45.5% - York
44.7% - Halton

Interesting that Hudak did better in Eastern Ontario than Harper last time.

Poll 41 - Eglinton Lawrence, ON was also a mistake. No way the Greens did that well there.

Poll 41 - Eglinton Lawrence, ON was also a mistake. No way the Greens did that well there.

Their were at least 2 errors with the Green Party in Eglinton-Lawrence:
Poll # 41 and #64 has incorrect values with the Green

It looks like Poll #111 in Ville Marie / Le Sed Sud Ouest - Iles des Soeurs also an incorrect value for the Greens

The best results for the Greens outside BC
were:
Poll #4 in Thunder Bay - Superior North (31.25% out of 35 votes)
Poll #36 in Thunder Bay - Superior North (31.15% out of 122 votes)

Poll #67 in Fredericton (30.41% out of 171 votes)

Conservative:

99.54% Poll #13 in Peace River-Westlock (out of 216 votes, 1 voted Green )
99.12% Poll #8 in  Peace River-Westlock  (out of 227 votes, 2 voted Liberal)

That area around La Crete - essentially all Mennonite and Cree - has got to be the most polarized in the country.

The dots on the map below represent polls where the Conservative vote is: 99.5%, 98.6%, 98.3%, 98.2%, 97.7%, 95.2%, 91.5%, 3.3%, 0%, 0% (with both of the last two actually 0 votes).

So Kenora had some of the strongest NDP and Liberal polls. Is this an issue of different tribes supporting different parties or perhaps different chiefs backing different candidates?

Can't be a tribal thing. The strongest NDP poll in Kenora was Kingfisher Lake First Nation and the strongest Liberal poll was Sandy Lake First Nation. Both are Oji-Cree reserves.

Are these polls populated by a certain religious group?  Mennonites?  Mormons?

Orthodox Jews, obviously.  Pretty sure that's in the subdivision that was actually built specifically for them.

Really? Judging from google street view, the area looks to be your typical upper-middle class suburb.
