Vienna's postal vote was 71-29 VdB.

I wouldn't be surprised if VdB won the election, considering those numbers ...

According to the Standard.at live-ticker, Hofer was still ahead with 50.3% when 82/117 districts had submitted their postal vote counts.

This probably is not enough for him to win I guess.

Upper Austria's postal vote was 61-39 VdB.

I'm pretty sure now he has this in the bag.

Upper Austria as a whole also flipped to VdB with the postal vote.

Plus, Upper Austria is Austria's Ohio: It always votes for the federal winner.

There is no reason really for conspiracy theories, because the postal votes are counted in front of district election commissions, which are manned with representatives of all parties (incl. Greens and FPÖ of course).
