Given how close this election was, if the Kern regime does not do well I can see a PFO tidal wave in 2018 since now Van der Bellen and Kern will be tied at the hip.

Salzburg-City is also lazy. It's the only district missing on the Sbg. election page:

I have seen other reports that Van Xer Bellen won by about 20,000...the last four areas to declare their postal votes were largely his strongholds such as the City of Salzburg and the City of Innsbruck
