Official results from the Interior Ministry (after 5pm):

http://wahl16.bmi.gv.at

And maps & results by state, district and town from the APA (Austrian Press Agency):

http://visual.apa.at/presidential

And results from the public broadcaster ORF:

http://orf.at/wahl/bp16

The second link seems to go into the most detail, but how can I find the non-percentage (number of votes) results by... I guess they're precincts.

Also, below the map there is something that says "Anzahl der Stimmen nach Wahlverhalten bei 1. Wahlgang (SORA)". What does this mean?

fpö said they won't challenge it again.....

the judge thing was a one-time wonder.

each election of the last decades could have been challenged....usually the fpö woudn't have got something big from a repeat.

5 of the 9 states have already counted their postal votes and released final results.

The 4 remaining states are: Tyrol, Carinthia, Lower Austria and Burgenland.

fpo politicans blame farage too, cause of the "overwhelming" EU support in austria (*cough cough cough*), whiche made his "auxit"-comments toxic.

this time failure has 10000 fathers.

As I have posted a few weeks ago, postal vote counting will be very careful today because of the Court ruling (this election was probably one of the cleanest on the planet ever), so some states/districts might continue counting tomorrow with final results then.

information:

upper austria is ruled by a övp-fpö coalition...which was shaking after the first runoff-election cause of different opinions regarding the presidential candidates.

this third round was kind of "double down"....if the populists rule, they also lose votes again.

What's the public reaction to Hofer promising to run again in 2022? Wouldn't that be seen as sore-loser-ism?

if van der bellen runs for re-election (not sooo likely regarding his age), he is going to win anyway....second term presidents are demi-gods.

otherwise atm hofer is talking more about running for parliament behind strache......i think a high position in the next fpö-övp government seems more likely.

VdB's results among postal voters were so good (2/3 of the vote) that he'll likely get close to 54% overall (unlike the 53.3% that was predicted).

8/9 states have released their final results yesterday and only 1 district in the state of Tyrol will continue counting today. Innsbruck suburbs had the biggest amount of postal ballots returned (12.000) and officials there said counting quality trumps speed.

A final Austrian result will be presented at 1pm today.

It was such a great pleasure and surprise to me, that, luckily I nailed all states, plus nearly the national PV and states percentages such as SR, BL and NH.
