As in, say, 98 or above. Note them here.

I just stumbled across Ken Hechler's, former U.S. Representative in West Virginia and primary challenger to Joe Manchin in 2010, Wiki article. He's still kicking at 101.

Also, Roberta McCain (if she counts as a 'political figure') - the mother of Senator John, is still going at 103.

John Wold of Wyoming, who served a single term in the House 1969-71, is still going at 99. Not the most notable figure, but old nonetheless.

Without looking I assume 2 of them are Michael I, king of Romania and whoever was king of Bulgaria (who was a child at the time).

No idea which is the third one.

I looked it up, it's listed at the end of King Michael's Wikipedia page.

The Crown Prince of the Austria-Hungarian Empire died just a few years ago in 2012, I believe.

He was still a head of state at the time though, which was the question.

Fred Doocy, Lt. Governor of Connecticut from 1966-67, currently aged 102, is the only other living centenarian American elected official of significance.

I keep forgetting that Henry Kissinger is still alive, though I guess he's 'only' 92.

Ken Hechler of WV is more notable and 101.

Not politicians themselves but it's still interesting: Two grandchildren of John Tyler, who became U.S. President in 1841, are still with us.

It's odd that you can meet a person whose grandfather was born around the time of the French Revolution.

I was going to make a thread about that, but Happy Birthday to Mrs. McCain!
