INSTITUTO NACIONAL

The Instituto Nacional is an independent non-for-profit agency situated in Valaparaiso, Chile; with the goal of serving as a platform for Atlasian's favourite hobby - psephology. So get your pens and colours out, hombres!

A first entry that was produced by my boredom - a map of the August 2015 General Election:

Thank you! I would suppose they are particularly strong in some affluent neighbourhoods within the big cities, Buenos Aires or São Paolo, also Bogota or Lima, for instance. Pioneer support would also be strong in Patagonia and Southern Argentina and Chile in general.
