Unfortunately it is too late to apologize. The war in Gulf started by sinister clan of Bushes 30 years ago. First Iraqi company started in 1991. The Second Iraqi Campaign started in 2003. Now we reap fruits of destruction and terrorism on the Middle East.

Most warmongers like George Bush have to apologize once. Bush for Iraq. Hillary for Benghazi etc.
I like some ideas of Rand Paul cause he is not warmonger. No, he is not a mush-head. His policy is some kind of isolationism. Domestic problems bother him much more than foreign affairs. I appreciate this.

No Obama should apologize for his attitude about America being a "downright mean country."

No.
In hindsight the war was a mistake.  But presidents do not apologize for waging wars against criminal dictators.
But we were better off with Saddam in power.

Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld should all be dragged very publicly in chains before the International Court of Justice in the Hague.

Not if he believes it was the right thing to do.

Most of the Nuremberg defendants believed the Holocaust was the right thing to do.

So... George W. Bush was basically Hitler.

No, but the war in Iraq was definitely a mistake and should not have been waged.

When he's really old and has no filter and doesn't care, I can see him being like, "Yeah, that was all Cheney and Rummy's idea. They practically held a gun to my head."

No, he shouldn't. After all, there were legitimate reasons for wanting to get rid of Saddam Hussein.

Rather, Bush should apologize for the using false and misleading arguments in favor of invading Iraq, for not sufficiently planning for the post-Saddam aftermath in Iraq, and for rushing the war preparation process instead of allowing U.S. policymakers and the American people to have a long debate about whether or not we should invade Iraq (for instance, Bush had Congress vote on the Iraq War shortly before the 2002 midterm elections--not exactly a good time to have a long debate on this issue).
