Like ... the baby in that photo or Adolf Hitler before he had done anything wrong?

Anyway, assuming the latter, no I could not.  I don't believe in Minority Report style "justice," and there's always the chance something goes differently or someone can change him in time.  If some time traveler came to take me out tomorrow because of these terrible things I was allegedly going to do in the future, I'd be pretty p^ssed, LOL.

No.

I'd just abduct the baby and put it on the doorstep of a well-off, educated Socialist Party-leaning couple.

A different lifestyle for baby Hitler would likely make him a totally different person later.

Of course much more needs to be changed to alter WW2's outcome than chaning baby Hitler's future life. Nothing guarantees that with Hitler out of the way there won't be another Hitler-esque person who does the same thing like he did (or even worse).

Besides, altering the past would always be a bad idea ...
