I wouldn't call grant a good person.  That would be like calling Nixon a good person

He was a very kind person. Never rose his voice, never acted cold to anyone. He was very humble and had great self dicsipline. He was a good person but a terrible President. He should have just been Mayor of Galeena, like he joked about.
