Gore Speech On Jackson Not Entering:

"Jesse Jackson is a good man, he's fought for progressive values and equality. It's almost sad that he isn't entering the race but I wish him luck in his future. This sounds cheesy because It's less competition but there's something I learned from the last time I ran, in '88. Candidates sort of become friends personally but not really friends in the race because you're competing for the same job. In congress, people of different parties play basketball with eachother, so many other signs of co-operation. I will be able to unify the nation like they have because in the end, we're all human. We all laugh, we all get sad sometimes. There are no liberals or conservatives, there is just but a world in which we all live."

(OOC: is ok for delay I understand)

Tax Question: Well thanks for inviting me to this debate to discuss real policy issues, I also thank the candidates for attending. Now taxes, listen, this guy did anything to get elected and get his conservative base out there. He even lied to his base, what shows that he can't lie to us? Now I would lower taxes, that way the poor and lower middle class families could be able to have a stable life and future.

Strategy Question: Now it's really simple. Jimmy Carter was an honest man but sadly, the country was doing bad and Reagan convinced voters that he cared about them. Mondale again, he just didn't resonate with voters, neither did Dukakis. I can resonate with the common American worker. I worked really hard as a child, worked harder and got into Harvard. Then, I joined the U.S army in Vietnam. I had to serve in a war I didn't particularly think was right. But I served for my country. We need that in the White House. We need to unify, we are one nation. We need a dreamer, a common man, and I hope I am that man.

For many years, Al Gore has worked tirelessly for the people of Tennessee. He now wants to serve the people of his country even more than he already has.

*plays debate clip*

Let him get our nation back on track. We need an independent thinker in the White House. We need a unifier, not a divider.

Al Gore: I'm Al Gore, and I approve this message.

Gore goes to Nashville, Tennessee to rest
