The most improbable and tragic leader in United States history would also be perhaps the most unlikely. Perhaps it should be seen as inevitable. Given the post 2008 economic meltdown and a growing xenophobia fascist and right-wing populist parties gained strength throughout Europe as old prejudices came re-emerged and Americans looked to scapegoat immigrants. Few could have seen it happen in the United States though the rise of a virulent anti-muslim propaganda apparatus in the form of sites like Atlas Shruggs and Jihad Watch combined with the Syrian refugee crisis perhaps brought American politics to a tipping point. Still it is a shock that a figure as unlikely as Angus Henry could come to power in America, given not just his own constitutional eligibility but the fact that he had never attended college and just a little less than twenty years earlier had been a homeless and failed stand-up comedian living on the streets of Montreal.

April 20, 1975-Anges Henry is born in Lethbridge Alberta, the son of a customs officer working on the border with the U.S. The oldest of three children in his father's second marriage Henry is an outgoing child who enjoys making his younger siblings laugh. However he is a poor student and his father often scolds him for failing to focus on his studies. Inspired by his idols George Carlin and Lenny Bruce he has dreams of becoming a standup comedian which his father tells him is no way of making a living.

February 13, 1991-Andrew Henry dies suddenly of a heart attack. His son is privately relieved as now he will be free to focus on his dreams and wont be beholden to his father's demands anymore.

1993-Henry moves to Montreal with dreams of becoming a standup comedian. Although he has applied to and been rejected by McGill University it doesn't phase him.

September, 1994-Henry returns to Lethbridge upon learning that his mother has terminal cancer. His mother's doctor is Arman Shirazi, an Iranian-Canadian physician.

December 15, 1994-Henry's mother dies of cancer.

1995-98: Henry attempts to preform regularly as a standup comedian in Montreal nightclubs however his delivery is poor and many think that he lacks proper comic timing. He works a series of odd jobs but eventually ends up homeless.

1998: Henry receives a share of his father's inheritance and decides to move to New York.

1998-2001: Henry continues to preform on stage at Caroline's Comedy Club in New York where he puts up with hecklers and learns to gain a thick skin and a good stage presence. He occasionally works as a cab driver and lives on the Lower East Side. In 2001 he reads Pat Buchanan's "Death of the West" which begins to solidify his growing worldview.

September 12, 2001: A day after the 9-11 attacks Henry enlists in the U.S. Marines. He privately feels a sense of exuberance and that his life has a sense of purpose.

2001-07: Anges Henry serves several tours of duty in the U.S. Marines in both Iraq and Afghanistan. During this time he rises to the rank of corporal. During this time his worldview is fully solidified.

2008: Henry is discharged from the Marines. With a strong right-wing worldview, and with the election of Barack Obama having hardened him he develops a new resolve to become involved in politics.

2009-2011: Henry becomes involved with the Tea Party movement and becomes a prominent figure, speaking for various Tea Party aligned candidates around the country. He blogs regularly for Brietbart and the Daily Caller and as a Canadian becomes a regular on the Glenn Beck show where he denounces the horrors of government run medicine. He particularly becomes closely aligned and close friends with Allan West who often hires ex-soldiers who served under him to serve as Henry's security detail as he's become an increasingly controversial figure.  In 2010 he becomes particularly outspoken in his opposition to Islam which he denounces as "The greatest danger to the West." Still based in New York City he gains new followers while speaking at the ground zero mosque protests.

2012: Henry runs for the open congressional seat in Staten Island and loses narrowly in the primary to Michael Grimm. Henry and his followers have become increasingly militant. With Allan West's "Minutemen" serving as the armed guard they wear Minuteman Uniforms with tri-cornered hats and Gadsen Flag symbols.

April 19, 2013: In honor of Patriot's Day Henry and his followers, in alliance with other Tea Party groups plan a march on the Capital building. However many are increasingly put off by his militancy. After getting into a clash with anti-racist counter-demonstrators Henry is arrested for assault.

August, 2013: Henry is given five years in prison for assault.

2013-15: While in prison Henry writes his political manifesto. In it he portrays the English speaking people as having a common and unique heritage and he proposes the annexation of his home country of Canada to the U.S. He also denounces Islam and immigration as the greatest threats to the English speaking people and proposes that the west conquer and re-subjugate the middle east to prevent a new caliphate.

Let me guess. Allen West is elected President in 2016, pardons Angus Henry. Then Henry is elected to Congress, is named President West's running mate in 2020 (after a law is passed making him eligible to run for that office), and becomes President after Capitol Hill is bombed during the State of the Union address (analogue to Reichstag fire).

President Henry then signs an Enabling Act into law which grants him dictatorial powers and allows him to rule by decree.

Then, a casus belli gives President Henry the excuse to arrest his political opponents including thousands of Muslim Americans. Meanwhile in Canada, a right-wing government comes to power and its Prime Minister invites President Henry to send the military over and annex Canada into the USA.

Next, Henry back stabs a South American country and World War III begins. The European-led Allied Powers defeat the USA in 2033 and Henry commits suicide in his bunker. The Muslim survivors of the concentration camps are offered the right to immigrate to Saudi Arabia.

And the world rebuilt itself and lived happily ever after...

Actually I was on the fence about weather to make West Henry's Goering or Ernst Rohm. Bosch Fawstien as a cross between Goebbles and Julius Striecher.
