And out of 70,000 phone calls made by the campaign....only 4 (FOUR) people agreed to volunteer for Jeb!

I knew Jeb would do badly in Iowa around 5-7%, but possibly literally only getting 1% of those expected to go and vote in February? LOL

He has to do something and do it big and fast before he is forced to drop out. If it wasn't for his super pac he'd be gone right now.

This is the state that made Rick Santorum a contender in 2012. Need I say more?

Mitt Romney almost won Iowa, dudeabides. I think it was reported that he did, for the first few days.

But yeah. If the last debate was Jeb's last chance to keep support of the fundraisers, the next debate is his last chance before he's forced to drop out or do embarrassingly bad.

Its not like he was ever going to do well in Iowa anyway, let's be honest.

Just imagine if these were his numbers in NH.

Bush is not the future. Libertarianism is.

Good luck with southerners supporting that.

I consider myself part of the future of the GOP - a conservative libertarian hybrid.

Say something outlandish and racist?

This would probably actually help.

Bush is not the future. Libertarianism is [the future].

What, specifically, has you thinking this?

Maybe on gay marriage and (to some extent) foreign policy, but I have a very hard time seeing a future GOP support open borders, abortion, feminism, etc.

His signature, apparently. Baby Boomers are not libertarians, they are the largest voting bloc in the history of the country, the oldest are always the most reliable when it comes to voting (especially in primaries), and government healthcare will ensure that this cohort lives longer than any generation in American history, ugh. They're going to be screwing the GOP over with the younger generations for the next 30 years, only getting crazier as time goes on.

Libertarianism is the future? I guess that's why Rand Paul is doing so well in this campaign.

a.) Rand Paul is barely a libertarian.

b.) The reason his campaign has been doing so poorly is because he's run a terrible campaign.

Don't question the Rand Paul secret ground game strategy. It is working incredibly effectively! They're just not in the polls.

By 2040, libertarians will be making huge inroads in the primary process.
