I think the order on the NC ballot is this:

GOP -

Huckabee
Jindal
Pataki
Paul
Rubio
Santorum
Trump
Bush
Carson
Christie
Cruz
Fiorina
Gilmore
Graham
Kasich

(Jindal, Gilmore, Pataki, and Graham might not be on there)

Dems:

O'Malley
Sanders
Clinton

Huckabee (besides Gilmore and Pataki of course) has not filed for MO yet, with only 3 days remaining.

The other 10 did already.

Signs that he will be leaving soon.

Could we post listings for Senate, House, governors, etc. as well?

I'd rather not do that in this thread.

Is it worth updating that chart again, or is it just "everyone but Pataki & Gilmore" in all the states?

Huckabee has still not filed in MO, with 1 day to go.

But some guy named Lynch has filed today.

So no O'Malley on the Ohio ballot, plus Huckabee and Santorum only make it in certain districts.  And no Gilmore there either, which should come as no surprise.

It's worth noting that Santorum kind of had the same thing happen in 2012 - he was on the ballot statewide, but didn't have full delegate slates in several districts.

The O'Malley campaign is in serious trouble.

This guy is making a fool of himself. He should drop out while he has at least some dignity left.

I'd like to see what sort of person would be a delegate for him.

I brushed off his campaign as one in the mold of the types Willie Wilson and Robby Wells are running, but I am shocked that he made it to a ballot, especially with 10,000 signatures in NC...

Filing in Illinois starts today, and the deadline is Wednesday.  The deadline for filing petition challenges is Wednesday the 13ts, so that opens a whole new can of worms as to who will eventually end up on the ballot.

So far for the Dems, Clinton has filed and for the GOP Bush, Cruz, Christie and Trump have filed.  These candidates have filed full delegate slates as well--which is where the REAL election is held.  The number of delegates per Congressional District is based on how many votes the party received in that district in the last election.  The GOP has very few delegate slots for districts 1,2,4 while the Dems have few for 15, or 18.

I forgot to add that former Chicago Mayoral candidate Willie Wilson filed for the Dems and Marco Rubio for the GOP, but as of yet, there are no delegate candidates for either, which means they are only in the meaningless 'beauty contest' portion of the race.

If Mr Rubio is unable to file a delegate slate, I believe that it would cast considerable doubt upon his ability to build enough organization to get the nomination.

  Let me correct myself again

Only the Democrats apportion delegates and alternate delegates to each Congressional District based on the vote in the past election.

A full slate for each district would look like:  Same number for delegates and alternate delegates is filed.
1st-9
2nd-8
3rd-5
4th-5
5th-6
6th-5
7th-9
8th-4
9th-7
10th-5
11th-5
12th-6
13th-5
14th-4
15th-4
16th-5
17th-6
18th-4

For the GOP a full slate for each Congressional District consists of 3 delegates and 3 alternates.
