The Bloc called my grandpa who lives in Laurier-St. Marie to poll and he told me to do the poll so I answered 'NDP' even though my grandpa votes Liberal.

When I was 17 years old, I actually twice answered the phone for a political poll, and they started launching into the questions, before I stopped them with "Sorry, I'm not old enough to vote."  My father had passed away and my mother was a Canadian citizen, so I'm afraid my household wasn't able to contribute to whatever the poll was.

Never got called by a pollster after turning 18.

I have yes. But it was a suspect poll to say the least.

I live in an early caucus state, a swing state in the general, and every Senate election since I've lived here has been a toss up.  So yes.

I've been called - twice - on my cell phone but didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. Only after I looked up the numbers did I realize I had missed out. Sad

I was once surveyed for my American political views ..while living here in Australia. That call was a bit surreal.

I answered a poll for a provincial election when I was 17. I still answered Liberal, which I think was fair since my parents were voting Liberal at the time.

I get a few calls a year from political pollsters. Most are state-based but I get some from national pollsters, too. I have a land line as my primary phone and my household shows up as consistent voters, so that may help with some selection methods.

Yes.  Probably won't as many this time because I've cut the landline cord, but since I live in the 803, I don't expect to escape being called.

No, but in 2012 our house was called by Gallup several times. We never answered, and it might not have even been political. Haven't been called since.

Kinda same kind of stuff, except that I was old enough to answer (and if i hadn't been I don't think i would have stopped them ^^), twice the same year 10 years ago, and never after that, regardless I was/(am Tongue) a young male, I heard they have an hard time finding some, maybe I wasn't interesting enough.

Or maybe I didn't answer about the questions on chainsaws and pens which were in the middle of the political poll with enough passion...

Lol, I felt I had more political impact by doing that than by voting...
