Kentucky's is gone, so that leaves

The Pretty Good
1. Colorado - Hickenlooper
2. Rhode Island - Raimondo
3. Pennsylvania - Wolf

The Better Than Average
4. Oregon - Brown
5. Vermont - Shumlin
6. New Hampshire - Hassan

Basically no respect for any of the others. Pretty depressing list when only 1/3 are worth anything.

Moonbeam, Hassan, Hick.

Bullock is also looking very good right now for getting Medicaid expansion worked out.

Dayton is among the best, imho.  He raised taxes on the rich and fixed the structural deficit that plagued the latter Ventura and Pawlenty years (when they cut taxes back in 2001 just as the dot com bubble popped).

He pushed for and signed legislation legalizing gay marriage

He signed legislation legalizing medical marijuana

He signed ban the box legislation

He signed legislation raising the state minimum wage

He has overseen the strongest period of job growth in Minnesota since the '90s (the 2003-2007 growth period was completely anemic in Minnesota)

He pushed for and signed legislation paying back Minnesota schools and increasing funding for schools substantially while working with the teachers unions to make state obligations sustainable.

He has helped restore local government aid after the big cuts in 2003 which led to the first large scale property tax decrease in a decade.

He has been a good governor.. certainly near the top nationally given the current stock.

Anyone who says Malloy is delusional. He has an awful approval rating and mass outward migration or a reason.

I am interested in Malloy's Transit Oriented Development Corporation.  It would seem like something that , if properly implemented, would be very useful in maximizing the value of public transportation investments.

Jerry Brown, Mark Dayton, and Kate Brown have been able to get a lot of really excellent legislation passed. And Bullock is just awesome considering he's a relatively progressive Democrat in Montana. Though it's kind of sad that the Dems only have 18 Governors (19 if you count the Independent, who might as well be the Democrat).

McAulliffe is surely the one that most defied the expectations of friends and enemies alike.
Jerry Brown and Dayton showed that liberalism and fiscal responsibility are perfectly compatible.

Dayton, Inslee and Shumlin.

No idea why Moonbeam is so popular with many progressives. He's as fanatical about austerity as any Tea Party member, and his "environmentalism" now includes special water privileges for oil fracking.

Wolf?  LOL.  The guy can't get a bill passed to change the name of some obscure highway, for heaven's sake.

Dan The Man is one of the best. Getting things done in CT! Especially on guns!

Dayton is the best however.
