Christie, Hutchinson, Hogan, Baker, Martinez, Haley, Haslam, Sandoval are the best IMHO.
Pence and Jindal the worsts.

Don't know about the others.

Interestingly, I know a diehard liberal, LGBT-activist feminist from Michigan at my school who said that while she didn't support Snyder to his social issues stances, she felt that he did a great job bringing the state back to financial solvency and improving Michigan's economy.  So if someone like her approves of his performance, he must not be doing a bad job.
