Oh, BTW, I also apprieciate how quicky this was hustled into a vote.  Now, I'm not one to accuse, but isn't Peter Bell usually very stringent about the rules?  This bill was not given the same standard procedure that most other bills are.  Now... seems strange to me that this bill, which would be a major personal achivement for myself, is not being given a proper review, and in light of the most recent poll numbers... oh, there goes my over active immagination again.

We had been talking about this amendment for over 3 days without a vote on anything, this was hardly rushed.

I'm so glad that this thing was met with with a healthy attitude by all and that all of you were turely interested in engaging the subject.  Too bad I was still thinking about improvements to the bill and had acctually come up with some amendments before I found out that all the "Captian Enthusiastics" out there had decided to take a vote on this.  That should teach me to spend a day going to my cousins graduation.
