PNW liberals would probably suck in the south, but I'll go with Inslee by virtue that there's never been a female governor of Georgia. (Also never been a Canadian governor of Georgia, but I'm guessing we're adjusting for that.)

(GA's Governor is Nathan Deal (R), by the way.)

Jay Inslee (D) 80%
Nathan Deal (R) 20%

Southern Republicans would perform horribly here. A Canadian poll on the presidential election showed even a majority of Canadian Conservatives supporting Obama, and Deal would be even less appealing than Romney.

My premier is Kathleen Wynne (Liberal). Basically Canada's Pat Quinn except she's really good at winning elections.

Tough call, but I suspect that Daugaard would beat McCrory in Michigan.

Snyder would win against McCrory, but both would likely lose if a Democrat were to run.

My governor is Charlie Baker. Very moderate.

Snyder v. Baker here would be close, I guess Baker may moderately edge it out, but I think it's just who can smear the other best.

McAuliffe clobbers Brownback, 61%-37%. Possibly even more if he can get some moderate Republican endorsements.

Arkansas:
Jay Inslee: 49.5%
Sam Brownback: 49.3%

(Governor Hutchinson's very moderate on economics and has an inclusive tone on social issues)

From what I know, it seems like Haslam would do better than Baker in South Dakota.
