Rauner hasnt passed a single budget and should defeated. Rauner shouldnt have been Gov. But, Daley or Madigan hasnt stepped up, so Quinn is the only one, I guess.

Rauner set the tone of the 2014, being this sunny optomist, but the partisan bickering has brought him down to an average GOPer, who is another partisan, thus Quinn will beat him in 2018.
