Mr. President, I do not agree with the previous quota system proposed by the Secretary of State, and support your lifting of the cap and increasing the number of refugees we take in.

However, I do have a request: I understand that Sunni Arabs are the vast majority of the population in Syria, and a significant minority in Iraq. However, ISIS seems to be especially going after ethno-religious minorities such as the Kurds, Shi'ites, and the relatively small amounts of Christians, Jews, and others. Is there any plan to grant priority status to minority groups that are specifically targeted by ISIS?
