Why are the three Northern Kentucky counties Boone, Kenton, Campbell so heavily Republican?
They are relatively large, with each of them having more than 100,000 inhabitants, which would make you think they are Democratic leaning counties.
Even Carter and Clinton didn't manage to win any of them.

The city isn't necessarily conservative but the metro is. Kind of like Indianapolis and most southern cities.

Before Obama, LBJ was the last Democrat to carry Hamilton County.

So-called progressives there don't have the guts to do anything about it.

I'm talking about people who pull out of Occupy events because a conservative tells them to.

Your hackery with KY is truly amusing.  Didn't you actually say it was unfair that the more populated areas didn't get more of a vote because lately they've been voting closer to what you want?  ROFL.  So 20 years ago when rural KY voted to the left, I'm guessing then it was unfair the other way??
