States:

Current: Nope, Obama took it by 3 points.

Summer/Breaks: Yes, solidly Democratic

Current County: Technically I'm in an IC, but yes...voted for Romney by 21 points

County During Off Seasons: Yes, only that yuppie city on the wrong side of the bay that is San Francisco gave a higher percentage to Obama in the whole state.

Crawford County is roughly 20 points depending on how the GOP does.  If we lose by 5 or more nationwide, then it falls into the light red column.  Other than that, we're solid red.  PA is a barely Democrat battleground state; blueish purple.
