Use the most recent national election. If you're from the US - use county. If you're from any other country, use any metric you like, since there's not always equivalents. And if there's multiple parties, it still has to be a 20 point margin from one party to another (for example: 46-26-20...)

Yes.

Why would I even want to live in a district that was within 60 points? (No, I actually do not)

My county leans Dem and voted for Obama in 2012, but thankfully, no.

No clue (data by counties isn't out yet), but considering my riding was won by only 1700 votes and than the winning party is stronger in the other counties, I really doubt it.

Yes, Lancaster is near landslide Republican. When I was in Brooklyn of course it was at least 80-85% Democrat.

Nope. Illinois was only 17 or so points in '12. LaSalle County was pretty much even in '12.

18% margin in a virtual six party system is probably enough for that criteria? I know it's just below twenty percent, but there were probably three districts in Austria that would be landslide under the 20%+ criteria.

It used to be heavily Democratic, but it is quickly becoming more conservative and Republican to where Romney won it in 2012 so yes 20 years ago, no now.

My county is a fairly inelastic 57-43 dem, voting closer to 56-44 dem in '04, but not landslide territory. And of course my home state is not.

County? No... Harris County, TX is pretty split.
State? Usually, yes.

I'll go with the latest governors' elections in both of my home states:

Peoria, IL: Rauner (54.30%) over Quinn (40.60%).  Peoria's main suburban county (Tazwell) gave Rauner over 60%.

Johnson, IA: Hatch (58.60%) over Branstad (38.10%) ... That is the only county Branstad lost in the entire state, LOL.

Probably the closest equivalent of a county in Australia is a local council. AFAIK it was a landslide on 2PP but perhaps not on primary votes.

My state is pretty much 50/50. It's rare that a landslide state happens.
