Can Someone Find a Precinct Map of Detroit?

Long story short, at an internship I hate, I decided to start doing my own self-assigned project that the administration approved of. I haven't gone into the internship in a few weeks, but the only progress I can really make on it at this point is putting data into map format. Haven't found a Detroit precinct map yet, so not sure what to do there. Can one of you wizards hook me up?

The Michigan 2014 Precinct shapefile might be available here:

There's definitely an online map of the 2011 reapportionment districts here, but it's probably not downloadable:

Detroit Election Precinct Map

Unfortunately, the export option doesn't appear to work. It creates a .zip archive, but it doesn't appear to be in the correct format. You might be able to find someone to fix.

Another possibility is the Wayne County Clerk. I didn't see any links, but they probably have digital maps somewhere.

Other possibilities are DRA, and the Census Bureau VTD files.
