The world was a sh**thole 4.5 billion years ago, so lets make it so again.

Rand, remember what your dad taught you. The earth is 6-12 thousand years old. Not 4.5 billion.

Wut

Ron Paul (like myself) are Young Earth Creationists.

Carson killing the high off of Rubio's closing statement.
I wouldn't let Carson chaperone my daughter's homecoming.

Neil Cavuto's closing comments: We know how to put on a debate, unlike those chumps at CNBC.

Someone else getting incredibly annoyed every time, and it's not exactly seldom, that Fiorina pronounces "why" with a billion tons of air accentuating the W, which in normal modern English otherwise should be almost completely silent? If Fiorina is serious about becoming president or even winning the nomination, she could seriously consider hiring a speech coach.
Uh, the h, not the W, is almost silent in American English.

Yep, I realized lol, thus I changed my post accordingly. Tongue

Anyone have numbers on Facebook likes before and after? Carson surged in the previous debates, will he this time? He definitely spoke the least.

Welcome to lolbertarianism

I probably shouldn't even respond to you, but it is ridiculous to equate libertarianism to young-earth creationism just because one happens to believe that. It's also great to know that your posts still have no substance and all you can do is namecall.

I don't have exact numbers, but I can say that there was a lot less movement for this debate than the previous ones.

Did a Libertarian bomb your house or something? What is the point of attacking such an irrelevant ideology?

Probably his own irrelevant ideology.

Apparently, this was the speaking time just before the closing statements:

https://twitter.com/JRussellMI/status/664293598859386880

Cruz 12m
Kasich 11.3m
Trump 11.7m
Fiorina 10.1m
Rubio 9.7m
Bush 9.5m
Paul 9.3m
Carson 8.5m

Also, # of questions per candidate:

It is interesting how Carson never interrupts. On one hand that is polite, but I think the truth is that he is bareknuckling these things and just wants to make it through them. Remember his proposal was to let all 15 candidates debate and give everyone 5 minutes of opening and closing statements and have some kind of way to stop 'gotcha' questions. And to take them entirely off the TV networks. I think Carson really only goes because he has to and kindof wishes the debates would just go away.

Trump 11m 19s
Fiorina 11m 0s
Rubio 10m 20s
Paul 10m 6s
Bush 9m 50s
Carson 9m 22s

Carson's comments on Islamic State and the Middle East were really...something.  It's fun reading the transcript of that verbatim:

I think Rubio will get attacked from his right next debate. He doesn't seem to be able to defend against attacks from the right as well. I don't see any reason why Rand Paul or Ted Cruz shouldn't try that again.
