I don't even know what this means, it sounds a bit fascist/authoritarian. In general I prefer more egalitarian, cooperative ways of leadership, so I vote disagree - not "strongly disagree" because this is so incredibly vague that I could think of situations that would make it true, but it just sounds so wrong.
