This as high as Rubio has been with Morning Consult. Rubio had been quite flat at 6% since the summer in this poll. This is a tick up.

A result of 7% with a sample of 1567 gives a standard error of 0.64%. If the margin of error is based on the 95% confidence level, then the MoE for Rubios number is 1.3%. A one percent shift is within the 95% confidence level, but it seems a stretch to place it in the "Lol wayyy" category.
