Definitely aesthetically pleasing. I might start donating to the Minnesota GOP and the Indiana Democrats to make them come true.

I don't know, I don't find that aesthetically pleasing at all. I think donating to the Virginia GOP and West Virginia Democratic Party would make the map look better.

On this, Kent is actually right.

Ohio-West Virginia-Maryland is more appealing than Ohio-Maryland-Virginia.

I think this (combination between 1960/1968, 1992/1996, and 2000-2012) would be a good loking map (feel free to put the grey states in either side):
