I'm wondering who is responsible. Right now I'd guess it's ISIS.

Unlikely, although quite likely that these people take their inspiration from the ISIS franchise. It definitely seems more the work of a trained cell rather than the sort of Salafi second-gen neckbeards that make half arsed attempts at terrorism.

Call me a fanatic, but as an American I feel weak when France and Russia are blowing up the terrorists better than America. We have a leader who isn't pushing full force. He has one year left as President, Obama has an opportunity to blow the hell outta ISIS. We could unite the world against terror.

I don't know what sort of radical gay agenda you're into nowadays, but Obama isn't going to be blowing any terrorists.

How is that comment at all helpful, are you so deep into lalamultikultilala that you're unable to see how a single municipality producing so many terrorist is a major problem. There's  600k Muslims in Belgium, of whose 300k live in Brussel and for some reason this single neighbourhood in Brussel create so much trouble. That's something Belgium have to deal with no matter how much some people keep saying they're a failed state.

Just a joke.

Seriously though, if Belgium (and Northern Ireland) were African States they would probably receive Somalia tier coverage in the media.
