Good, this is what the people want, and its very sensible in the wake of the Paris attacks.  Rahm even declined to criticize the decision when asked about it.  There is bipartisan support for this

He also refused to give his support to it, so where's the bipartisan support?

"The United States government is reviewing anybody and all of their papers. That's a year away from the present moment. My one word is, security and our values go hand in hand. The United States government is in the vetting process, but our values are one in which we remind ourselves that we are an open, welcoming society. So the United States government, in conjunction, is actually vetting any of the migrants that are going to Europe." - Rahm

If he opposed it he would have flat out said so.  This is Emmanuel we're talking about, he has no qualms about attacking Rauner.  The fact that he declined to speaks for itself

If refugees had no economic or cultural repercussions, then why aren't places begging to get them? If anything, Israel should take them

We should be setting up safe zones in Syria for the refugees.

Threads like these are great because you can learn who here are true racists like Green Line, The Hawk, and BigSkyBob.

Slander! This thread is over.

I dont think FreePhoenix is a racist. None of you know him in real life or what his intentions are in his heart. Lets stick to actual debate of the issues and show respect for opposing views
