Luckily these governors have no authority on refugee policy. Federal law and Supreme Court precedent states that only the President has that authority and Obama shows no sign in cowering to the racists and bigots. Once the refugees are approved (through a 12-14 month screening process involving Homeland Security, FBI, and multiple other background checks) they can live wherever they want in the United States.

The US Conference of Catholic Bishops, the National Association of Evangelicals, and Anti-Defamation League all support the continued resettlement of refugees.

Even France will continue to resettle refugees.
