Why is Batman and Robin not number 8 and this 7-numbered list?

3. The Dark Knight Rises

4. Batman Returns
5. Batman

6. Batman Forever

7. Batman & Robin

Why is Forever liked more then Robin , Forever was terrible, it was boring, batman's love interest did a horrible job, Tommy Lee Jones didnt do a good job as two face and Jim Carrey Riddler acted more like the Joker then the Riddler. Lastly while Batman and Robin was a really bad acted movie and bad one line puns , it still is funny to watch, and as a elementary school kid I liked the movie a lot while I didnt like Forever.

pretty much this. although i wouldn't batman forever *boring* since the visuals were strong and there was still a lot of inexplicably bizarre scenes to keep it from being unwatchable. batman and robin on the other hand? thats's hysterical. the only problem i have with that movie is they had some serious scenes in it. not enough to ruin the campy action comedy vibe but still out of place. still really entertaining though.

But most of those campy scenes were uncomfortable [mostly the Poison Ivy inneundos and codpieces] and forced, literally no one except Schwarzeneggar and the guy who was Alfred had any sincerity.

At least Val Kilmer pulled off a decent performance in Forever, at least the serious scenes had an oomph to 'em. None of the mood shifts. And Jim Carrey at least had substance beyond puns. You could feel some effort.

But both suck at hysteria and camp compared to the old 60's movie from the Tv show, with shark repellent.
