Here's the opinion poll for him.

HP, good to see him go.

Vote your opinion while I wait for either O'Malley, Sanders, or another Republican to drop out for next time.

My second least favorite candidate in the race after Walker.

Every single candidate I've liked other than Paul and Cruz has dropped out.

Can we stop it with the Piyush stuff?

If Jon Stewart ran for president, do you think a Jon "Stewart" Liebowitz poll would be acceptable?

I'm fine with Piyush "Bobby" Jindal as long as you're also going to say Bernard "Bernie" Sanders, Cara "Carly" Fiorina, James "Jim" Gilmore, Benjamin "Ben" Carson, Randal "Rand" Paul, Michael "Mike" Huckabee, Rafael "Ted" Cruz, Richard "Rick" Santorum, and John "Jeb" Bush.

Although IIRC this poll series didn't have James "Rick" Perry or James "Jim" Webb.

Also, a Jon "Stewart" Liebowitz dropout poll would be unacceptable because Jon Stewart would win the presidency, and therefore would never drop out. Tongue

Stupid analogy. Jon Stewart isn't obviously ashamed of being Jewish.

His official portrait and painting both have him appearing lighter than he actually is.

This.

Theocrat, HP in general. Glad to see him gone. But I'm sure this isn't the last we've heard of him.

I hope that January 2016 will be the last time we hear of Bobby Jindal, but he will probably be back in 2020.

That's different. Bobby is a self-given nickname, and Piyush is his real name.

Jon Stewart isn't known as Stewart, and it was his middle name until hatred of his father made him drop the Liebowitz part of his name.

Yes, so shameless. He pandered to the establishment, then after realizing he was crowded out by Bush/Christie/possibly Romney, decided to compete for the Tea Party/theocratic vote instead.

Terrible governor, awkward dude with a weird inferiority complex.  He shouldn't have run; his star was fading but people didn't realize how dim his future was until he polled at 0-1% the entire race.  Now his career is over.

WTF?!  Can we please stop doing this?  "Stuart" is actually on Jon's birth certificate.  It is a name his parents gave him.  Piyush's parents did not name him "Bobby".

The false equivalency crap that is all over this forum makes a lot of the conversations completely meaningless.

Also Jon didn't switch his religion and get upset with people calling him Jewish.  Piyush can't even stand the term Indian-American.  He says it should be wiped from our speech.

And really most importantly as a moderator it's unbelievable that you would make such a hurtful post about Jon Stewart not using his last name.  You realize his parents divorced when he was 11 and he became estranged from his father.  After that he dropped his father's name.  He didn't change his religion or tell people not to discuss his ethnicity.  He said he is Jewish weekly and sometimes daily on an internationally distributed TV show.

If Jon Stewart ran for president, do you think a Jon "Stewart" Liebowitz poll would be acceptable?

No.  Jon "Stewart" Liebowitz is not his legal name.   Piyush Jindal is "Bobby's" legal name.

And Barack Hussein Obama says, "Hi."

While it's true that there seems to be some really weird and saddening stuff going on in Jindal's psyche re: race, I'm not sure how I feel about using the man's name (or 'name' as the case may be) to point this out.
