What political view of yours is furthest from the mainstream? Mine is probably our relationship with Canada which I really think we should move towards at least a Schengen Treaty-style relationship, and preferably even fuller political and economic integration.

Either open borders, privatizing Social Security, or turning the UN into a global US.

I think that might be pretty mainstream.  (You should do a poll.)  Moving into such a relationship with Mexico is probably less mainstream, but it is a position that I've held for a long time.  Still, it's probably not one of my least mainstream views.

I guess mine is against the TSA.  I still see no point in arriving at the airport an hour and a half early, taking off my shoes and my belt, waiting in a line to be electronically surveyed, giving up all drinks and lotions which have a greater volume than some arbitrarily-decided four ounce maximum, and paying 25 dollars per flight for these privileges.  Every time I've brought it up with people--at least with people old enough to remember what it was like to show up at an airport 20 minutes before take-off and walk onto the plane with a 16-ounce mug of beer--they look at me like I'm nuts.  I really think that the TSA should be disbanded, the fee cancelled, and that normalcy should resume.  If any politician ever ran on that platform, he or she would definitely win my vote.  Unfortunately, paranoia markets very well right now.

Probably some obscure thing that isn't even a major political topic. Maybe the fact that I'm not supportive of banning incest?

I think prostitution should be legal and not regulated by the state.

Restriction of Divorce, Expansion of Government-Funded Religious Schools, Opposition to Immigration Reform and me being opposed to modern Liberalism, Secularism and the idea of individualism. I also would be open to abolishing the 2nd, 4th, 5th,7th,9th amendment. I support taking 50% of inheritance, pay cap, instate tax rates of 95%, open to abloshing private property, and nationalization of a lot of industries. Restriction of emigration of people, especially rich people would be one also.

I think that there should be a worldwide taxation system and that all borders should be abolished in the long run. I also would be very supportive of a worldwide elected parliament (in the long term)

Depends on the country. My funding for religious schools position is pretty normal in the Netherlands but weird here for example.

But coming from an American context:

Wanting to reduce immigration, legal and illegal.
For ending Affirmative Action.
Supporting standardized tests and a national curriculum.
Instituting a maximum wage (something like no more than 20x your median employee).

- a no-questions-asked living minimum income, including for illegal immigrants
- nationalizing basic industries
- probably a whole host of social-justice-related issues

Do we seriously have 3 people talking about divorce? Can we for one second not regress to a time when women were trapped and had no rights? Citing "No fault" provides enormous protection to women who are reduced to a place where they can't fight the issues head-on. Not every person getting a divorce is a 3 month celebrity marriage.

As for me, probably one of my far out, not so well thought out plans for the judicial system, but I'll stick with mass pardons and cutting back on prisons for now. Also believing that Life sentences should be abolished us clearly crazy in the US.

Also my pacifist foreign policy is surely a bit loony, but I expect my leaders to perform more rationally than I would, so I respect the tough decisions they make. Guess that doesn't count.

Honestly divorce reform is something I could get behind. Also I support amending the constitution to allow cruel punishment for murderers and child molesters.

I definitely support keeping incest "illegal" (I'm not sure people should be going to jail for it), but it does open a can of worms of how often and to what extent the government should intervene in people's personal lives for "the good of society."

In 2012 I thought that the US should recognize the Republic of China as the only China and that a goal of US foreign policy should be to help the ROC at the expense of the PRC.

Climate change (as in doing nothing about it will still result in less than 2C warming)

Judicial system:  I agree with Smilo.  Exception of life sentences for repeat murder or mass murders.

Borders:  Open borders for travel with Canada, Japan, Australia, and Europe like the Schengen zone.  Open border plan with Mexico within 20 years.

I think rights come from God and find most limitations on the Bill of Rights immoral, including the very burdensome process for owning machine guns and limitations on felons and drug users owning guns. I also think we should repeal all free trade agreements and reimpose tariffs on non-commodities.
