What... How did they do that?

At first, I thought it was a screw up with a fill tool, but it isn't. At a guess, the map didn't fit, and rather than rescale it, someone took everything west of Vermont and shoved it north. But.. that's so stupid... how... ugh. Carson makes my brain hurt.

I'm going to pretend this is deliberate, and supports my theory that he wants out. He's hoping that small but stupid mistakes like this can sink his campaign before he has to face down high-money damaging attack ads.

Realistically, I don't see how someone can possibly make this mistake. I predict one of two possibilities. First, maybe this was a campaign strategy to keep his name in the news. Ridiculous, but possible. Second, as someone else suggested in a different thread, Carson may be coming up with strategies to tank his own poll numbers without ruining his reputation.

There also seems to be a gray border between Virginia and West Virginia, and some of the states have a different shade of red.

It looks like the Red River part of the TX-OK border is still there, but there's no border in the Panhandle.

Also, VA, WV, and KY are back together like they were in the old days.

Actually all those borders are there in the map, they are just marked with thinner lines.jpg
