He's not wrong, but I doubt that the public will agree. There's been one or two Middle Eastern "terrorists," but if you look at Sandy Hook, Aurora, Tucson, and that one in Oregon a few months ago, they were all white men. I get what he's saying (and I agree with it), but I think that there's better ways to say it.

I don't think that Brown would've been a great pick anyway due to Kasich being able to appoint his successor.

When is the last time the KKK committed an actual terrorist act, though? 1965? They have like ~500 members left. The KKK is a group of redneck yokels, not an actual threat. The only major KKK related terrorist act I can think of is the Charleston atrocity and whether that fits the definition of terrorism (it fits mine) is debatable.
